HR Intern

About the role

The HR Intern supports the Human Resources team in recruitment, HR administration, employee documentation, and onboarding and offboarding activities. The role also assists in HR projects, process improvements, and other administrative tasks to support the team's daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company platforms
• Screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and assist in candidate assessments
• Help maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
• Prepare and organize HR documents, including offer letters and employment contracts
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in responding to routine HR inquiries and providing administrative support
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and other initiatives
• Conduct research on HR practices and assist with related reports

About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in Human Resources in general and willingness to learn various HR functions and processes
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to handle confidential employee and candidate information with discretion
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with the team
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
