Job Overview

Battmobile is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern – Data Management to support our HR team with employee data management, HRIS updates, and payroll-related administrative tasks. This internship offers practical training and hands-on exposure to HR systems and processes, including Zoho Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with data entry, verification, and management of employee information.
• Learn and work with HRIS and Zoho Payroll.
• Support employee documentation and maintain proper digital filing.
• Assist with attendance, leave records, and payroll-related data.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn HRIS, Zoho Payroll, and HR data management.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
