HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR – Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Support offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist the HR team with daily recruitment and administrative tasks.
