HR INTERN

About the role

This role involves supporting recruitment and human resources administration functions, including assisting with job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, employee file management, and HR documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
• Arrange interview schedules and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Contact candidates regarding interview invitations, updates and employment offers
• Assist in preparing recruitment documents and maintaining candidate records
• Update recruitment trackers and manpower status reports
• Support walk-in interviews, career fairs and other recruitment activities
• Assist in preparing and maintaining employee files and HR documentation
• Perform data entry and update employee information in HR systems and spreadsheets
• Assist in preparing employment letters, forms and other HR documents

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
