* Source and screen candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
* Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
* Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
* Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities.
Required Skills:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Excel.
* Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
