Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support HR Operations, Recruitment, and B2B Client Coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.

• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Support onboarding and employee documentation.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.

• Coordinate with B2B clients regarding hiring requirements.

• Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates.

• Share candidate profiles and coordinate client interviews.

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

Requirements

• MBA/BBA/Graduate candidates interested in Human Resources.

• Freshers can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

• Basic MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge.
