Schoenen Dis LLP is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented HR Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students, fresh graduates, and aspiring HR professionals to work on real-time projects while learning industry-standard HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source and screen candidates through various job portals.
• Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
• Coordinate with candidates via phone calls, emails, and messages.
• Schedule interviews and maintain interview records.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain HR databases and employee records.
• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and office coordination.
• Participate in real-time company projects and HR initiatives.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
