HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.

Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.

Support attendance, leave, HRMS, and employee data management.

Assist with PMS and performance review activities.

Support employee engagement, events, and HR initiatives.

Assist with Learning & Development and training activities.

Support exit formalities and Full & Final documentation.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and trackers as required.

Required Skills

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong coordination, organization, and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
