HR Intern

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with daily Human Resources (HR) and administrative operations, including data entry, document filing, and record maintenance.
• Support attendance tracking, leave administration, recruitment activities, training coordination, and other HR-related tasks.
• Assist in preparing and compiling HR reports, maintaining employee records, and conducting basic data analysis as required.
• Help ensure that HR and administrative documents, including personnel files and company policies, are properly organised, updated, and securely maintained.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, and necessary documentation.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily departmental activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned by the department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
