HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and requirements.
• Candidate Coordination: Contact candidates, explain job openings, and schedule interviews.
• Interview Management: Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with joining formalities, document collection, and employee onboarding.
• HR Documentation: Maintain employee records, candidate databases, and recruitment trackers.
• Job Posting: Publish job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Follow-ups: Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining confirmation.
• Attendance & Leave Management: Support the HR team in maintaining attendance and leave records.
• HR Administration: Assist with daily HR operations, employee engagement activities, and other administrative tasks.

Key Skills: Communication, MS Excel, resume screening, candidate sourcing, coordination, time management, and basic knowledge of HR processes

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
