HR Intern

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support daily human resources operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR processes and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and joining formalities
• Assist in payroll, attendance, and documentation processes
• Help organize employee engagement activities
• Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and confidentiality

Eligibility:

• Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA / BMS / HR-related degree
• Freshers are welcome

• Team player
• Strong coordination skills

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
