Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern with at least 6 months of experience in HR activities and recruitment. The candidate will assist in the end-to-end hiring process, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Conduct initial candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment databases.
• Assist with job postings on Indeed and other hiring platforms.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and other HR activities.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
• Coordinate with the hiring team to fulfil recruitment requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.
• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
