Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring: Posting job advertisements on job boards, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding & Database Management: Updating employee information (like contact details and payroll data) into internal HRIS systems, and assisting with new hire orientations.
- Employee Relations & Queries: Helping staff understand and navigate basic company policies and benefits.
- Administrative & Compliance: Filing HR documents, tracking employee leave and absences, and assisting with background checks. HR University +1
- Engagement: Helping plan corporate events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
