We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in human resource management and recruitment operations.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in recruitment, screening, and shortlisting of candidates.
• Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview schedules.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
• Assist with daily HR operations and other administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or final-year students in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR practices (preferred).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is a plus.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
