HR Intern

The HR Intern will support the HR team in various recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial calls, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. The internship provides practical exposure to the complete recruitment and selection process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes according to job requirements.
• Contact candidates and conduct initial telephonic screening.
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, and requirements to candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining dates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Post job vacancies on different job portals and social media platforms.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions for different positions.
• Coordinate with the HR team regarding current hiring requirements.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Assist in onboarding and joining formalities when required.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
