Job Description: HR Intern

Employment Type: Full-Time Internship
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹3,000–₹16,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate databases.
• Assist with HR operations, attendance records, and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with the HR team for daily recruitment and employee-related tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and HR operations.
• Candidates available for a compulsory six-month internship.
