Position Overview Gramik is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate follow-ups.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process, documentation, and offer letter preparation.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and other HR operations.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, reports, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and managers to ensure smooth HR processes.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
