Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to assist with recruitment and basic HR operations. This internship is suitable for fresh candidates who want to gain practical experience in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Screening CVs and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Contacting candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinating and following up on interviews.
• Assisting with the recruitment and selection process.
• Managing candidate communication and recruitment records.
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh candidates with no prior professional experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interest in recruitment and HR operations.

Important Notes:

• This is a three-month unpaid internship.
• This internship is strictly for fresh candidates. Candidates with prior professional work experience are not eligible to apply.
• This position is focused exclusively on recruitment and related HR administrative tasks.
