Job Description

Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and proactive HR Intern to support recruitment operations, candidate sourcing, and LinkedIn growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong LinkedIn presence, effective communication skills, and an interest in recruitment and professional networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Contact candidates, conduct initial telephonic interactions, and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Expand the company's LinkedIn network by connecting with relevant professionals.
• Support LinkedIn follower growth, page engagement, and professional outreach initiatives.
• Actively engage in social media activities to strengthen the company's online presence.
• Assist the HR department with day-to-day HR operations and recruitment-related tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5,000 followers on a personal LinkedIn profile.
• Active LinkedIn presence with consistent professional engagement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and social media engagement.
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
• Work Mode: Hybrid
