Job Summary

BayNine Ventures LLP is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support Recruitment and HR Operations. The primary responsibility will be Talent Acquisition for Sales, Healthcare, and Operations roles, along with basic HR administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring closures.
• Assist with offer coordination and joining formalities.
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and record management.
• Maintain HR databases, recruitment MIS, and employee trackers.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and HR operations.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
