HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Role Description

• Assist in daily HR operations and administrative activities.
• Support the recruitment process, including CV screening, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support attendance, leave tracking, and payroll preparation.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.
• Previous HR internship experience is a plus, but not required.
