HR Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the complete recruitment cycle for non-IT roles.

2. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

3. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, and other recruitment channels.

4. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

5. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

6. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

7. Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification when required.

8. Negotiate compensation within approved salary budgets and roll out offer letters.

9. Coordinate joining formalities and support the onboarding process.

10. Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.

11. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

12. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
