Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Maintain candidate and employee records
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
• Support daily HR operations and documentation
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain databases
• Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related activities
• Assist in employee engagement and internal communication

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
