Internship Hours
- 10.00am - 7.00pm (Fully On Site)
Key Responsibilities
- Support backlog clearance activities, including digitization, categorization, and uploading of employee documents into HR systems
- Ensure accurate and timely digital filing in accordance with defined naming conventions and data standards
- Assist in document tracking, reconciliation, and audit readiness preparation
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, document verification, and record maintenance
- Assist in basic HR operational tasks (e.g., preparation of standard letters, document collation, filing requests) under supervision
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information at all times
