HR Intern (MAKATI)

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Makati City. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working closely with experienced professionals. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations and support key people-related initiatives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates by posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.

• Review and organize applicant profiles and support initial candidate screening activities.

• Provide assistance during employee onboarding and orientation programs.

• Maintain and update employee files, databases, and HR-related records.

• Support the preparation of HR documents, reports, and correspondence.

• Attend HR meetings and assist in documenting discussions and action items.

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the overall HR function.

• Participate in employee engagement and other HR-related projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and/or Google Workspace.

• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
