HR Intern – Night Shift

DigixSoft is a growing software house providing digital solutions and services to international clients. We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Intern to join our HR team and gain practical experience in a professional work environment.

Position: HR Intern
Internship Duration: 4 Months – Full-Time
Location: Gulistan-e-Johar Block 12, Karachi – On-Site
Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Stipend: PKR 18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR department in daily HR operations.
• Support recruitment and candidate sourcing activities.
• Post job vacancies on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen candidate CVs according to job requirements.
• Contact candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
• Assist with employee attendance and leave records.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and reports.
• Assist in handling general employee queries and HR coordination.
• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR department.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in BBA, HRM, Business Administration, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to use job portals and social media for recruitment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work the 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM night shift.

Important Note:
