Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

• Assist in drafting and posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and share feedback with the HR team.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases.

HR Operations

• Support employee record management and documentation.
• Assist in organizing onboarding sessions, training programs, and HR events.
• Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, policies, and contracts.
• Assist employees with HR-related queries and benefit administration.

Administrative Support

• Maintain HR files and records.
• Update HR policies, manuals, and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and support daily HR activities.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
