About the role
Brills Marketing Corporation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources Department in various recruitment and administrative functions.
Key responsibilities
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for company vacancies
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted applicants
- Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration
- Support employee engagement activities and programs
- Perform day-to-day HR and administrative tasks as assigned
- Provide general support to the HR team in achieving departmental goals
About you
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Management Accounting, Psychology, or a related course
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Must have internship/OJT requirements from the school
