HR INTERN / OJT – HUMAN RESOURCES

Campion International is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern/OJT Student to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience across various Human Resources functions.

Position: HR Intern / OJT

📍 Location: City Time Square 2, Tipolo, Mandaue City, Cebu
🕐 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💼 Work Setup: On-site

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
• Support HR administrative tasks and employee documentation
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination
• Help maintain and organize HR records
• Support employee engagement and HR activities
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related course
• Must be required to complete an OJT/Internship as part of the academic program
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Must have a personal laptop for work and training purposes
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• Can work effectively in a professional and fast-paced environment
