Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, documentation, and administrative activities. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the HR team in day-to-day HR Operations and administrative activities.

· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

· Assist in employee joining formalities, onboarding and induction activities.

· Coordinate with employees and different departments for HR-related information and documentation.

· Support employee confirmation, transfer and other employee lifecycle activities.

· Contribute to preparing HR reports, trackers and MIS as required.

· Support in employee engagement activities, celebrations and HR events.

· Create and coordinate HR posters, notices and internal communication material.

· Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and maintain meeting-related records.

· Support the HR team in organizing documents required for audits and compliance-related activities.

· Willingness to learn practical HR Operations processes and develop hands-on knowledge of Attendance, Payroll Support, HRIS, Employee Engagement and Employee Lifecycle Management.
