HR Intern | Recruitment & Hiring Support

We are hiring an HR Intern Recruitment to join our team on an urgent basis.

The intern will work closely with the HR/recruitment team and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Screening and shortlisting CVs
• Conducting initial candidate calls
• Interview scheduling and coordination
• Candidate follow-ups
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS
• Job posting and database management
• Supporting day-to-day recruitment activities

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Good communication skills
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Interested in building a career in HR/Recruitment
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidate must be able to join within 2 days

Internship Duration: 3 Months
