HR Intern (Paid)

Location: NFC, Lahore

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Stipend: PKR 20,000–25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern who wants to gain practical experience across multiple HR functions and develop a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, CV screening, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel record management.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll-related data.
• Assist with daily HR operations, employee coordination, and HR reporting.
• Support employee engagement activities and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
