HR Intern (Paid Internship)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining employee records and HR documents.
• Support data entry, document preparation, and updating of employee information in HR databases and trackers.
• Assist in monitoring and processing HR-related forms, requests, and reports.
• Prepare, scan, photocopy, and distribute documents as needed.
• Help maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and other HR-related activities.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding administrative processes.
• Support the preparation of employee communications, memorandums, and internal announcements.
• Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory tracking for HR-related materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team and perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a professional work environment.
• Can render the required internship hours as mandated by the school.
