HR Intern (Part Time Internship)

• You’ll learn the basics of recruiting and talent acquisition strategies, from sourcing to closing offers
• You’ll be able to participate in sourcing and recruiting projects with our talent acquisition partners to learn more about the business
• Schedule the phone screening and onsite/virtual interviews as needed
• Screen inbound resumes and evaluate candidates to determine fit
• Help recruiting partners to build a pipeline of engineering talent to meet business needs and priorities
• Partner with recruiters for job description analysis and understand the requirements
• Source qualified candidates by using multiple recruiting channels
• Other Responsibilities Assist in human resource operations activities
• Other ad-hoc tasks
