HR Intern - Payroll

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern – Payroll to support our HR team with payroll processing, employee records, attendance management, and other HR-related activities. This role is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain practical experience in Human Resources and payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly payroll processing and verification.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Assist in collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
• Support preparation of salary statements and payroll reports.
• Maintain employee documents and HR records.
• Assist with employee onboarding and HR documentation.
• Handle basic payroll-related queries from employees.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and salary information.
• Perform other HR and payroll-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of payroll and HR processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
