HR Intern (People Operations)

Responsibilities

Benefits Administration

• Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including HMO enrollment, dependent updates, reimbursements, and other benefits-related requests.
• Maintain accurate benefits records and monitor employee benefit eligibility.

Rewards & Recognition

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, including birthday and work anniversary greetings, care packages, and recognition programs.
• Coordinate communications, logistics, and tracking for employee engagement initiatives.

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain and update HR databases, employee directories, trackers, and documentation to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in preparing reports, monitoring sheets, and HR-related documentation.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support HR activities, employee requests, and administrative requirements.
• Follow up on pending items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute ideas to improve HR processes, employee experience, and administrative workflows.
• Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum internship commitment of 3 months
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup
