HR Intern - Recruitment & Operations

Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Mulund

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview follow-ups
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support in onboarding and induction of new employees
• Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll data management
• Help in drafting emails, letters, and HR documents
• Assist in creating, updating, and documenting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records
• Assist in handling day-to-day HR operations

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain

TIMING :- 11 PM TO 8 PM.
