HR Intern ( Talent Acquisition )

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through networking and social media platforms.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.

• Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is an asset.
