HR Intern - WFH

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in various HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
• Assist with joining formalities and onboarding activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain daily trackers.
• Assist with employee engagement and HR-related activities.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
