HR Intern - WFH

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR activities. This role provides practical exposure to recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and general HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and selection activities.
• Post job vacancies on relevant platforms and coordinate candidate applications.
• Screen CVs and schedule interviews.
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
• Prepare HR documents, letters, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
• Respond to basic employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR team member.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
