HR Internee

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to support our team with recruitment and day-to-day human resource activities.This internship will provide practical exposure to recruitment, candidate coordination, employee documentation, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates
• Communicate with candidates regarding interviews and recruitment processes
• Maintain and organize employee and candidate records
• Assist with onboarding and documentation
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Help maintain recruitment trackers and databases
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good command of English
• Comfortable communicating with candidates
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Students and fresh graduates in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related fields are encouraged to apply

Internship Opportunity

This is a 6-month internship program with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance, professionalism, communication skills, and overall contribution during the internship.

Pay: From Rs20,000.00 per month
