HR Interns

About the role

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting with various HR tasks to support the HR department. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in HR.

Key responsibilities

• Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Screen résumés and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Conduct initial interviews for rank-and-file positions and interns
• Post and update job advertisements through job portals
• Participate in organizing company events
• Organize and maintain employees' 201 files
• Handle timekeeping and review daily time records (DTR) of employees
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the HR Head
