HR Interns

Job Summary

Support the People & Culture (HR) team with day-to-day HR tasks, and learn how HR works across hiring, payroll, engagement, performance, and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Help prepare onboarding documents and welcome new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR files
• Help plan employee engagement activities
• Support performance management, including appraisal cycles and KPI setting with department heads
• Get involved in training and development, from organising sessions to tracking attendance and feedback
• Support payroll and C&B by keeping leave, attendance, and claims records up to date
• Provide general HR administrative support

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• No prior experience required
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to keep information confidential
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Eager to learn and take initiative
• MIN. 3 MONTHS INTERNSHIP DURATION IS MANDATORY
