Our Siemens Mobility UKI Central Functions business unit provides the strategic backbone, delivering essential operational, financial, and administrative support for innovative transportation solutions and projects across the UK and Ireland.

You‘ll make a difference by:

• Develop a thorough understanding of the specific business units, including their objectives, vision, services, departmental structure, customer base, and supply chain.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed to a high standard.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve HR processes.
• Share your learning, insights, and progress, which will help raise your profile within the business

In addition to your day-to-day role and learning, you will take part in a structured development programme consisting of professional skills training and coaching support.

What you’ll need to succeed:

We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following;

• Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:1 or above in Business, Human Resources or a Law related degree, possessing good analytical skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
