About Us

Facial Cat is a fast-growing beauty and facial treatment chain in Malaysia, operating across multiple branches nationwide. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and support day-to-day HR operations.

Job Description

• Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

• Support onboarding of new employees, including document preparation and processing

• Help maintain and update employee records and attendance data

• Assist in coordinating interviews and staff training sessions

• Handle basic employee inquiries and administrative HR tasks

• Support HR-related projects and event planning

• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)

• Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential employee information

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask

• Prior internship or relevant extracurricular experience is a plus

• Minimum 3-month internship commitment (full-time preferred)
