Hr Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who has a basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will assist the HR team in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting day-to-day recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview details and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and joining dates.
• Support the HR team with onboarding and documentation activities.
• Assist with other HR activities as required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
• Understanding of the hiring and interview process.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
• basic recruitment knowledge will be preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
