HR internship

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Search and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in posting job openings and other recruitment activities.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates pursuing B.Tech/B.E. or any technical background will be preferred.
• Candidates with a strong interest in HR and Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates residing in or near Malviya Nagar, New Delhi will be preferred.
• Freshers and candidates currently pursuing their degree are welcome to apply.
