HR Internship

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job ads on various platforms and updating recruitment trackers.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
• Support initial candidate communications (sending invites, follow-ups, feedback).
• Help with onboarding tasks such as preparing documents and orientation materials.
• Maintain recruitment records and assist in generating reports.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using online recruitment tools.
• Willing to learn and proactive in supporting HR initiatives.
