The Role

At Sovos, we're building a workplace where our people can thrive. We're looking for a motivated and proactive HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and contribute to creating a positive employee experience. In this role, you'll work closely with our HR team, supporting day-to-day operations, employee engagement initiatives, and people programs across the region while exploring how technology and AI can help shape the future of HR.

More Specifically, You Will

• Support employee engagement initiatives by assisting with the planning and coordination of activities that strengthen team culture, wellness, and the overall employee experience.
• Coordinate HR programs and events, including employee activities, community investment initiatives, internship programs, and other people-focused initiatives.
• Provide HR administrative support across employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining accurate employee records with strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Help prepare and distribute internal HR communications, announcements, and materials in both Spanish and English to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Collaborate across HR functions, partnering with colleagues in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering to support recruitment activities, internal mobility, and other HR priorities.
• Leverage AI tools and HR platforms to support administrative tasks, improve internal communications, and streamline workflows while following company policies on privacy and responsible AI use.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in HR projects and suggesting ideas to enhance processes, employee communications, and the overall Sovos experience.

What You Bring to Sovos

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree or technical program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience, and eligible to complete an internship in Chile.
• Intermediate to advanced English and fluent Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
• Genuine interest in HR, employee experience, organizational culture, and learning how HR teams support a growing international organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, empathetic, and approachable attitude, and an interest in working with people across different teams and cultures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proactive mindset with curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Interest in learning about HR technology, digital tools, and AI applications that can make HR processes more efficient and effective.
