What You'll Learn

• Recruitment: Gain hands-on experience in shortlisting resumes, posting job ads, and screening applicants based on location, skills, and experience. Compliance: Learn how to track and follow up on compliance documentation to ensure all requirements are met. HR Administration: Understand record-keeping, policy implementation, and general HR processes. Training & Development: Observe and assist in activities that support employee growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Download and organize resumes from job portals.
• Assist in screening support worker applicants based on location, skills, and experience.
• Post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Follow up on compliance documentation to ensure all requirements are met.
• Help maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
